This was one of the nutiest thing I ever heard of when i first started studying the bible..

Almost everyone of us, no matter how perfect we are, will tend to moan, groan and roll on the floor every once in a while, when troubles hit us..

But i guess what James is saying is that, its a time where we stubbornly put our trust in God, knowing by faith, He'll bring us through no matter what..
